The 1st respondent Bank acted pursuant to the directions of the 2nd respondent. 2. Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 3. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner’s bank account has been debit freezed by the 2nd respondent based on the requisition received from the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, New Delhi. The 2nd respondent has already registered Crime No.5/2025 and the matter has been reported to the jurisdictional Magistrate. 4. When the writ petition came up for consideration on 28.02.2025, this Court directed the 1st respondent Bank to permit the petitioner to operate the WP(C) NO. 4531 OF 2025 3 2025:KER:29929 bank account mentioned in the writ petition by maintaining a minimum balance of Rs.39.02/-. 5. On a consideration of facts and materials on record, I dispose of this writ petition, by making the interim order dated 28.02.2025 absolute. It would be up to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate and work out her remedies in accordance with the law, to lift the lien on her bank account.
