THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE Y. LAKSHMANA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO: 2875 of 2015 ORDER: A joint memo has been filed across the bench containing the signatures of Chikkala Naga Maha Lakshmi, who is arrayed as respondent No.3 and Chikkala Subrahmaneswara Rao, who is the petitioner in this criminal revision case, that at the intervention of the family elders, both the parties have agreed to settle the case by withdrawing M.C.No.60 of 2009 on the file of the learned Family Court-Cum-Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. 2. A photocopy of the death certificate of respondent No.2/Chikkala Peddi Raju is filed, in which it is certified that he died on 12.12.2017. Therefore, the case against the 2nd respondent is abated. 3. In view of the joint memo filed by the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, the case can be disposed of as compromised. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ Dr. Y.
