Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing on behalf 1st respondent furnished G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 29.11.2024. On perusal of the said G.O., it appears that the 1st respondent has notified the fee structure to the petitioner-institution, as Rs.60,000/- for the aforesaid block period. 3. In view of the same, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
