During course of argument, learned counsel submits that this bail application was filed when few witnesses were examined and attached copies of statement of five witnesses and during pendency of this bail application some more witnesses were examined by the trial court but copy has not been received despite his efforts. 2. Learned counsel offers to withdraw bail application with liberty to re-file after annexing copies of statement of witnesses recorded till date. He also submits that the documents submitted by him in this bail application be returned to him. 3. Having considered the submissions, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The documents filed by the counsel be returned to him.
