P.P. for the State submits that material public witnesses have been examined and only few formal witnesses are left and every endeavour would be made to record their testimony, as expeditiously as possible. 3. In view of the abovesaid assurance, learned counsel for the applicant, at this juncture, does not press his bail application. 4. The bail application is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.
