This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a WRIT OF QUOWARRANTO to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent in issuing the proceedings Rc.No.670/2017/P9, dated 05.12.2017 in appointing the 5th Respondent as MPDO, Jami Mandal, Vizianagaram District who is the native of same Mandal is contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.313 dated 10.05.2017 and also illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of letter and spirit of the A P Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the eligible person as MPDO to protect the interest of Jami Mandal Praja Parishad and pass …”
2. Heard Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri G. Srinivasula Reddy, learned Standing Counsel and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj on behalf of the respondents are in attendance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of since, the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since, the relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
