A prayer is also made to consider the communication dated 13.05.2024 and grant permission to the petitioner for conversion of the lands as per proposal sent by respondent No.3 vide Annexure-G. 3. The petitioner is seeking for grant of conversion and also for grant of approval for the development of the land. 4. In my view, since the petitioner is claiming for permission for developing his land, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the said representations and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. It will be open to the petitioner to submit an additional representation and also enclose documents including the judgment of this Court in order to support his claim.
