For the Informant : Mr. Sourav Kumar, Advocate ----- 3/ 09.10.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 140(2), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. On 29.08.2024 at about 10.00 am, the petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have abducted the father of the informant and thereafter he was found murdered. Just after the occurrence, the petitioner was apprehended on the vehicle, by which the father of the informant was abducted. On search, firearm, which was used in committing the murder of the deceased, was recovered. 4. It appears that bail application of one similarly situated co- accused has been rejected by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
