The petitioner has produced documents to show that there was a dispute with his brother which has become final by the judgments of the civil court and as such no further claim over the property remains. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to effect mutation with respect to the property of the petitioner covered by Exts.P1 to P3 as requested for in Ext.P4 application, with due reference to the judgment of the civil court and after hearing the petitioner and such other interested persons, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
