GP FOR LABOUR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the Award made in lD.No.48 of 2015 on the file of the industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Anantapuramu dated 18-06-2018 and published by the 1st respondent vide G.O.RI.No.439 dated 08-10-2018 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and to pass such other or orders……” 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complied the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 by reinstating the respondent No.3 into service as per the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ananthapuramu in I.D.No.48 of 2015, dated 18.06.2018. Learned counsel would further submit that subsequently, respondent No.3 has submitted his resignation on 11.06.2019 which was accepted by the petitioners. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. In the light of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
