This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Kutra PS Case No.150 of 2024 corresponding to Spl GR Case No.135 of 2024 pending in the file of learned Addl. District Judge-cum-Presiding Officer, Special Court, POCSO Sundargarh for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.351(3)/70(2) of BNS r/w Sec.6 of POCSO Act, on the main allegation of committing Gang Rape and aggravated penetrative sexual assault upon the victim. 3. Heard, Mr. Rudra Narayan Parija, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the copy of the depositions of the victim. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him keeping in p. 2 view the depositions of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
