This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in identifying the petitioners’ land to an extent of Ac.0.60 cents situated in survey No.261-3-B2 of Kakani Village, Narasaraopet Mandal, Guntur District, for the purpose of granting house site pattas to poor people under the scheme “Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu”, without following the due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, relying upon the counter affidavit of the 3rd respondent, submits that in the said subject land already the welfare scheme of housing was implemented, since it is a Government land. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
