The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.12.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c) of the NDPS Act. 3. 2.717 kilograms of smack has been recovered from the railway platform. The petitioner was standing near the seized articles. He claims that the smack does not belong to him. 4. During investigation, sufficient material has come to show that the petitioner is the owner of the smack in question. 5.
