Dhakad HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 14/02/2025 1. This Court vide order dated 10.01.2025, with the consent of counsel for both parties, appointed Sh. Sandeep Mathur, Retd. Chief Engineer, PWD, as a substituted Arbitrator, but he has expressed his recusal to act as an arbitrator on account of going to abroad, vide letter dated 04.02.2025, and the matter is listed today on such letter. 2. In such view of the matter, with consent of counsel for both parties, this Court appoints Sh. G.L. Rao, (C.E.) Retd. Secretary, PWD Rajasthan, Address- R/o 53/21, Saryu Marg, Mansarovar, [2025:RJ-JP:6610] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-18/2010] Jaipur, Mobile No.941418798; Email- glal.rao@gmail.com, as a new Arbitrator, on the similar terms of the order dated 06.12.2024. 3. It has been agreed by counsel for both parties that the above named Arbitrator has qualification and eligibility to act as Arbitrator and has also given his consent to act as Arbitrator. 4. It is expected from the parties to appear before the newly substituted Arbitrator on 05.03.2025 or any other date as informed by the Arbitrator to parties or agreed between parties with the consent of Arbitrator, and further parties shall provide their respective E-mail/ Contact Number/ Mobile Number as also of their authorized representatives/lawyers, appearing on their behalf before the Arbitration Tribunal, in order to facilitate the Arbitrator to send information to the parties, whenever required. The information send by the Arbitrator, on such address/ E-mail/ cellphone of the parties/ their authorized representatives/lawyers, shall be treated as sufficient unless same is not changed. 5. The Registry is hereby directed to procure the record of arbitration proceedings from the Office of erstwhile Arbitrator Sh. Sandeep Mathur, Retd. Chief Engineer, PWD and same be transmitted in the Office of the substituted Arbitrator s Sh. G.L. Rao, (C.E.) Retd. Secretary, PWD, in order to proceed in the present matter in continuation to the erstwhile arbitration proceedings. 6.
