JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDER 30.05.2025 Petitioner seeks quashment of FIR No.0052/2024 dated 05.09.2024, primarily on the ground that he has arrived at amicable settlement with respondent No.2, the complainant, on whose instance the impugned FIR came to be registered. Compromise Deed is part of the petition. Statements of petitioner and complainant in terms of aforesaid deed are recorded before learned Registrar Judicial of this Court. The complainant in her statement has stated that she has amicably resolved misunderstandings and disputes with the petitioner and has no grievance and objection, if impugned FIR is quashed. In view of the aforesaid, present petition is allowed and impugned FIR is quashed. Hence, present petition is disposed of along with connected application(s), if any.
