1. Challenge in this petition is the order of transfer whereby the petitioner, working as Panchayat Secretary, has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Mudgelmal to Gram Panchayat Urmal vide order dated
03.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said transfer order was challenged before the Additional Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur by filing appeal but the same has been dismissed vide order
2 dated 26.06.2025 holding that no appeal is provided against the transfer order under Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam and therefore he has filed the present writ petition.
3. The counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.4 raising all his grievances and the respondent No.4 may be directed to consider his representation within reasonable time frame.
4. The aforesaid submission is not opposed by the counsel for the State.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case the petitioner is permitted to move fresh representation before the respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks from today and in turn, the respondent No.4-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Gariyaband, shall decide the same within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order on its own merits in accordance with law.
