At the very outset, counsel for the State contended that the alternate remedy is available to the petitioner under Section 248(2)(A) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, therefore, this petition is not maintainable. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as available to the petitioner under the Rule/law. 3.
