(Oral) Petitioner herein, who at present is working as Conductor at HRTC Unit Parwanoo, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, is aggrieved on account of being not relieved, in terms of office order dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby he has been transferred from Parwanoo Unit to Baijnath Unit.

Having regard to the nature of prayer and order proposed to be passed in the instant proceedings, this Court in pre-lunch session called upon learned counsel representing the respondents to have instructions that why petitioner is not being relived, despite there being transfer order issued by the competent authority.
3. Pursuant to afore direction issued by this Court, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondents, has made available copy of office order dated 18.11.2025, issued under the
signatures of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Parwanoo, which is taken on record, to state that petitioner has been directed to report for duty to Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Baijnath Unit w.e.f
30.11.2025. Though learned counsel for the petitioner attempted to argue that relieving order of the petitioner should have been passed/issued with immediate effect, but it appears that respondents taking into consideration various factors including requirement of the petitioner at Parwanoo, have decided to relieve him w.e.f 30.11.2025, qua which separate order dated 18.11.2025, as detailed hereinabove, has already been passed.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that in all eventualities, petitioner is relieved w.e.f 30.11.2025, enabling him to join at transferred station i.e. Baijnath, in terms of transfer order dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-1).
