(C) No. 983 of 2023 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to the condition that the 2025:JHHC:31305 2 petitioners remove the remaining defects, as pointed out by the office by 03.11.2025 and pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of the Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi by the said date. 3.
