Sr. No. 16 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU (Through VC) WP(C) 1309/2025 CM(3110/2025) M/S RAMCIDES CROP SCIENCE PVT LTD TH VARUGHESE MANNAKUZHIYIL JOSEPH …Petitioner(s)/appellant(s) Through: Mr. Gautam Chugh, Advocate Vs. UNION OF INDIA TH SECRETARY MINISTY OF FINANCE NEW DELHI AND ANOTHER ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Dheeraj Nanda, Advocate CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE O R D E R 02-07-2025 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the process to verify as to the precise amount the petitioner is entitled to be refunded is in progress and shall be concluded within two weeks from today. Whereupon, the formal orders as regards funds shall be passed. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall extend every possible assistance/cooperation to facilitate the process of calculating the requisite amount the petitioner is required to be refunded. That being so, we hardly see any ground to keep the petition pending. And the same is accordingly disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents. However, in the event the matter does not make any tangible progress and the amount the petitioner is found entitled to is not refunded within a reasonable time, the petition shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application in this petition itself for its restoration and necessary orders on merits.
