This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 and 3 in acting on the complaint, dated 21-12-2019 and registering the crime against respondents No.4 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 to act on the compliant, dated 21-12-2019 submitted by me and take action on the same.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Kondala Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition and hence the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
