Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the prayer clause during the course of day. 3. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To issue a direction to the Court below to decide the Rent Case No. 127 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.D2023034100000127) (Arun Kumar Agarwal vs. Smt. Raj Kumari Kharya), u/s 21(2) of Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021, which is pending in the court of Rent Authority/Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed Rent Case No. 127 of 2023 under Section 21(2) of Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Act, 2021). He lastly submitted that as the case pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Rent Authority/Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Kanpur Nagar to decide the Rent Case No. 127 of 2023 in accordance with law maximum within a period of two months in light of Section 33(2) of Act, 2021 from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
