ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1/Murahari Vijaya Nirmala, W/o. V.Murali, died long back.

3. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool, has submitted a report along with the statement of the petitioner/V. Murali Mohan, S/o.V. Muneppa, and also his letter addressed to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kurnool, and a special report submitted by the Sub- Inspector of Police, Kurnool. In the report of the petitioner and also in the letter of the petitioner, he stated that the respondent No.1 died on 14.03.2021.
4. In view of the statement of the petitioner and also the submission of the
learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous inasmuch as respondent No.1 is no more.
5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
