Today, learned State Counsel, on instruction, submits that in the matter charge-sheet/challane report has already been filed, since the petitioner is juvenile. 6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at Bar that he wants to withdraw the present criminal writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh to avail the appropriate remedy available under law. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. 8.
