P C : Pursuant to our order dated 09.05.2025, passed in W.P.No.10976 of 2025, the Debts Recovery Tribunal proceeded to dismiss the Interlocutory Application bearing I.A.No.1606 of 2025, by virtue of the order dated 02.07.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that after the dismissal of the IA supra, some fresh I.As. have been filed which need to be considered and pending consideration of these I.As. status quo be directed to be maintained with regard to the possession of the petitioners as was done in the earlier round of litigation. 2 HCJ & RCJ WP_26466_2025 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, we feel that since the petitioners are already before the D.R.T., it shall be open to the petitioners to work out their remedies before the Tribunal or the appellate authority, if so advised. 4.
