Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recently the State Government has issued a notification dated 07-07-2025 by which a committee is constituted for redressal of the grievances of the employees whose representation has been decided by the authority concerned and according to the said notification dated 07-07-2025, the petitioner has to approach before the Divisional Level Committee headed by Divisional Commissioner and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach before the committee concerned and the said committee may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.
2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State though opposes on merits, but has not raised any objection if such a direction is issued to approach before the Committee concerned and then the Committee will decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.

On due consideration on the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach before the said Rationalization Committee constituted by the State Government vide notification dated 07-07-2025 and if such representation is made by the petitioner against the order passed by the authority concerned on her representation, the said Committee shall decide the representation of the petitioner in objective manner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands
disposed of.
