Petitioner who is working as Principal Assistant in the office of Basic Siksha, Budaun wants allotment of work in accordance with the Government Order dated 19.06.2023. 3. It transpires from the record that in the above regard petitioner has already presented the matter before the competent authority twice on 23.07.2024 and 12.08.2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that respondent no.4 is the competent authority in the matter who may be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner take decision upon the pending representation of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4, namely, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Budaun to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representations dated 23.07.2024 and 12.08.2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
