The petitioners are seeking directions to the respondents to implement Government Resolution dated 1-10-2024 and to extend benefits of old pension scheme saying that the petitioners were appointed prior to the cut-off date i.e. 1-11-2005. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the list of eligible candidates has been prepared by respondent no. 5 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal. Their names, however, are not reflected in the list, hence the present petition. 4. In our view, the petitioners should have approached respondent no. 5 making out their case for inclusion of names.
