This Court, vide order dated 10.01.2025, passed in MCRC No. 206 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Jhasketan Kosi and Baijnath Chaudhari, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh, District-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 2606.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, statements of total 05 prosecution witnesses have been recorded and the statements of 04 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
