This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the CBSE and the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the CBSE submitted that, on the basis of the Annexure-A/2, the petitioner is not precluded under law to approach the CBSE for the 2nd time for the same relief. 4. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Regional Officer CBSE, Regional Office, Sailasree Vihar, Bhubaneswar (Opp. Party No.2) through the Principal, Venkateswar English Medium School, Chandrasekharpur (Opp. Party No.3) for changing the name of his Page 2 of 2. father annexing the certified copy of this Order and in case of filing of the same, the Opp. Party No.2 shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 1 month from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and others, if any, and to intimate the result of disposal of the same to the petitioner. 5. As such, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of finally. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
