Present petition has filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of charge sheet bearing Crime No. 194/2022 and Final Report No. 211/2022 for the offences punishable under Section 201 IPC and Section 67(b) of I.T. Criminal case 52/2023 pending before JMFC Rajpur Dist- Balrampur (C.G.) till the final disposal of this petition, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without the order of taking cognizance. 3. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty with a cost of Rs. 2000/- to be deposited in the account of Girls Observation Home, Ambikapur, District Surguja within 7 days from today and furnish the receipt of the same before the Registry of this High Court. 5.
