IA NO: 1 OF 2005(WPMP 16485 OF 2005 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for approving absorption in the vacant aided SGBT Asst.Pst at LMP High School, Guntur w.e.f. 24--7-2000 in pursuance of the proceedings dt.24-7-2000 issued by the 6th respondent as per G.O.Ms.No.72, dt.23-9-2002, pending disposal of the writ petition, and to pass such other order or orders. The matter is of the year 2005. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner is not in touch with him shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. If at all the petitioner feels that cause in this writ petition still survives, she can move an appropriate application.
