Tiwari, Spl.P.P. --- 03/18.11.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.203 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and Sections 66(C) & 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega. It is alleged that about Rs.49,000/- were transferred to the account of the petitioner, which was proceed of cyber crime. It was submitted that the account in which the money was transferred does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the mobile phone of the petitioner was used in transferring the money in the account of co-accused. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Simdega, in connection with Bano P.S.
