The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Hazaribag Sadar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 109(1), 308(4), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. On 22.06.2025 at about 2:00 P.M., unknown persons fired outside the shop of the informant to enforce demand of rangdari. It was submitted that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioners had transpired in confession of co-accused. Mrs. Anuradha Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid submissions. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Hazaribag Sadar P.S.
