This MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking correction/modification in order dated 18.09.2024, passed in WPS No.4725/2014 (Dhananjay Singh v. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.), wherein due to inadvertence and typographical error, in para 13 of the said order, the date of impugned order has wrongly been mentioned as 31.07.2013 whereas, it ought to have been “31.07.2014”. 3. In that view of the matter, I deem it appropriate to allow the present MCC. That being so, the date of impugned order in para 13 of order dated 18.09.2024, passed in WPS No.4725/2014 (Dhananjay Singh v.
