After hearing the matter for some time, it transpires that the order impugned in the petition is on an application under Order VII Rule 11, which speaks about rejection of plaint. As per the Section 115 of the CPC, a civil revision lies against the said order. 2. In that view of the matter, Mr. M. A. Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a Civil Revision Application. 3.
