After the final judgment was signed and uploaded on the official website of this Court, a discrepancy came to the notice of the Court to the effect that in the description of various writ petitions, in initial five pages of the judgment, description of Writ-C No.21793 of 2021 (Bhartiya Shaikshnik Sangthan and 17 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) and Writ-C No.5857 of 2022 (Dr. V.S. Pandey Girls Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others) was wrongly given along with other writ petitions. 2. As a matter of fact, these two writ petitions had already been decided earlier, respectively, by orders dated 08.02.2022 and 17.05.2022 in terms of dismissal. 3. The cause list dated 02.08.2023 contained a correct depiction of the aforesaid writ petitions as "decided" on the respective dates, however, inadvertently, the description of the said writ petitions was also included in the final judgment passed in writ petitions connected with Writ-C No.26595 of 2022. 4. In view of the above discrepancy, the order dated 02.08.2023 is clarified and explained to the effect that same shall not be applicable to the parties to Writ-C Nos.21793 of 2021 and 5857 of 2022 and the result of these two writ petitions shall remain "dismissed" in terms of the orders referred herein above. 5. Office is directed to serve a copy of this order in the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel as well as Sri Neeraj Tripathi, learned Additional Advocate General forthwith for necessary communication to the authorities concerned regarding non- conferment of benefits of the judgment dated 02.08.2023 on the writ petitioners of Writ-C Nos.21793 of 2021 and 5857 of 2022.
