GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 26523 of 2024 ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by non-release of an amount of Rs.1,93,48,197/- which is due payable by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner on account of execution of work entrusted to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has completed the work and also submitted the final bills. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits, on written instructions, that the work was completed to the satisfaction of the 3rd respondent and appropriate correspondence was made to the financial department for release of the payments. 4. Recording the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 6 to release the admitted amount of Rs.1,93,48,197/- within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
