Petition under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Summoning Order dated 30.09.2024 vide which the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the Complainant seeking registration of FIR, has been dismissed. 2. It is submitted that Complaint was filed for the offence under Sections 420/467/468/471/454/448/323/506/34 IPC on account of some property disputes, however, impugned Order has been passed in regard to the offence under Sections 354/506/307/37 IPC. 3. It is evident that there is some error in typing the order and apparently, the same pertains to some other case. 4.
