Parihar, learned Standing Counsel and Ms. Rajni Supyal, learned Brief Holder for the State- respondent nos.1 and 5 and Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by the order transferring and posting him at the Inter- State Bus Terminal, at New Delhi. That he being an employee of the State Road Transport Corporation, he is not eligible to be transferred and posted out of the State. 3. The Learned counsel would fairly admit that the State Road Transport Corporation maintains an office at the ISBT at Delhi and that an inquiry has been commenced against the petitioner. 4. Per contra, learned State Counsel and learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that an inquiry has been commenced against the petitioner for serious allegation of misappropriation; that the charge involves collection of payment from vendors of the State Road Transport Corporation into the accounts of his family members. 5. The charge being a serious charge of misappropriation, we do not find any error in him being relieved from the duty of the Deputy General Manager (Finance). The office of Inter State Bus Terminal being an office of the State Road Transport Corporation, we do not find any error in the transfer and posting of the petitioner. 6. The writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. 7. The State shall ensure that opportunity is granted to him to attend the hearings and admissible allowances are granted to him to ensure his participation in the inquiry. 8. The order of this Court directing completion of inquiry appears to have fallen in deaf ears. Hence, the respondents are directed to complete the inquiry within three months from today, failing which, this Court would have no other option but to initiate suo motu contempt proceedings against the respondents. 9. Registry is directed to forthwith forward a copy of this order to respondent nos.1, 2 and 5 by way of e- mail. 10. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. (Alok Mahra, J) (G.
