Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP. 3. The petitioner, based on the grant order for Survey No. 92, covering an extent of 25 guntas, seeks phodi and durasti for the portion granted to him. He has submitted an online application along with all the requisite documents. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 to 6 in conducting phodi and durasti, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate relief. 4. Learned HCGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law provided some reasonable time is granted. 5. Recording the assurance of learned HCGP, this Court proceeds to pass the following: - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4932 WP No. 26852 of 2024 ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondents 2, 5 and 6 are hereby directed to conduct phodi proceedings by considering petitioner's representation dated 15.4.2024 in accordance with law.
