Office has submitted its report dated 03.03.2025 based on the report of C.J.M. Mathura dated 18.02.2025 according to which the sole appellant Vijay Singh s/o Mahendra Singh died on 02.05.2024. The statement of Sub-Inspector Abhishek Chaudhary, statement of Manpal Singh real brother of the deceased-appellant Vijay Singh and the statement of Hari Singh brother of deceased Vijay Singh have also been recorded and are on record. Death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan is also on record. 3. Accordingly, the appeal stands abated. 4.
