Sri V.V.Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner/J.Dr. submits that aggrieved by the warrant of arrest issued by the Execution Court, this revision is preferred. In the next phase of proceedings, the matter was settled out of Court in between the D.Hr. and J.Dr and D.Hr had filed not press memo and that was acted upon by the Court below and by order dated 11.11.2024, E.P.No.83 of 2012 was disposed of as not pressed by the learned Junior Civil Judge Court, Bantumilli. Thus, the revision has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
