Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KAUSHIK GOSWAMI ORDER 03.06.2026 None appeared for the petitioner on call. Heard Ms. M D Bora, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 as well as Ms. K Borpuzari, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. It appears that on the last occasion, i.e., on 04.05.2026 when this matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Considering that today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on call, despite the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner being reflected in the cause list, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the instant writ petition for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly. Accordingly, the instant writ petition, stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
