Copy of the notification dated 14.05.2025 transferring respondent No.3 to the office of Chief Engineer (KZ), Dharamshala, has also been appended along with the instructions. Taking note of petitioner’s transfer to HPPWD 5th Circle Palampur, District Kangra, under notification dated 07.05.2025 and transfer of respondent No.3 to the office of Chief Engineer (KZ), Dharamshala under notification dated 14.05.2025, no further order is required to be passed in the matter.
