This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.7206 of 2022 (State Vs. Santosh) arising out of Case Crime NO. 243 of 2021, under sections 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kalwari, District Basti within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Complaint Case No.7206 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
