THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs: "Wherefore, the petitioners most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be quash the FIR & Entire Proceedings therein arising out of FIR in question, Crime No.184/2011 (CC No.106/2011) registered at Bannerghatta Police Station for the offence Punishable under Sections 392 of IPC also along with 3, 24, 25 of arms act and also under section of 9, 27, 29, 31, 39, 50 and 51 of WLP Act 1972 pending on the file of the Hon'ble III Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC at Anekal against - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8486 CRL.P No. 11151 of 2024 the petitioners by allowing this petition, to meet the ends of justice” 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings within stipulated time frame. 3. Having regard to the fact that the impugned proceedings is of the year 2011, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the petition by directing the Trial Court to dispose of the said proceedings on merits within a stipulated time frame. 4. In the result, I pass the following: ORDER i. The petition is disposed of. ii. The impugned proceedings in C.C.No.1106/2011 on the file of the III Addl.
