The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…pleased to call for the records relating to the Memo No.G2/Final seniority of lecturer/2017-18 datted 13.08.2018, issued by the 2nd respondent pertaining to zone I and set aside the same as being illegal, bad arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and further direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the applicant dated 23.08.2018 and

accordingly promote the applicant to the post of senior lecturer chemical engineering and with all consequential benefits and to pass…”
