Ms. Shreya Chauhan, learned counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant. 2. This application has been moved by the applicants/respondents for release of the awarded amount in terms of the decision rendered in Arb. Appeal No.11 of 2024 (National Highway Authority of India Versus Lachman Singh & Ors.), decided on 18.09.2024. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant submits that the judgment rendered in the main case on 18.09.2024 has not been assailed by the non-applicant/ appellant. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant/appellant about judgment dated 18.09.2024 having not been assailed and the fact that more than a year has gone by from the said decision, there appears to be no impediment in allowing this application for release of the amount in terms thereof in favour of the applicants/respondents. 4. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Amount falling to the credit of the applicants/respondents in terms of the decision rendered in Arb. Appeal No.11 of 2024 is ordered to be released in their favour alongwith upto date interest. The amount be remitted in their bank accounts as per the details given in the application.
