In view of the factual position, as mentioned, in the application, the same is allowed and the name of the Court, be read as ‘Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karsog’, the number of the complaint as ‘Complaint 138 N.I Act No.119/2019’ and titled as ‘Khem Singh versus Vidhya Dhar’.
